Parents can prepare their children by role-playing with them. Please keep in mind to treat this appointment and future appointments as routine. This prepares both you and your child for a more relaxing and fun visit.

• Pretend to take pictures of each other’s teeth.
• take your child along with an older sibling or friend when they go for a routine check-up.

This is our initial opportunity to screen for cavities and other potential problems. We will offer you tips on how to care for your child’s teeth and answer any questions you may have.
